City Furniture had a need to seal and stripe their Corporate office in Tamarac, FL. When they realized we could complete the entire job in one day on a Holiday, unlike any other contractor in the State, they decided to move forward. We completed this entire job on Easter Sunday, with zero effect on their daily operation. The client was thrilled to say the least.
Southeast Centers trusted us to completely sealcoat, stripe, and patch their large shopping center in Fort Lauderdale. After carefully analyzing the state of their parking lot, our experienced sales staff was easily able to offer a custom solution for their needs, including adding a crushed glass slip resistant additive to the striping items.
Weston Hills Country Club called us because they received a violation from the City. This parking lot was in very bad shape and created a tremendous liability for our client. DMI swiftly provided a scope of work to eliminate the liability as well as beautify this private golf course. From repairing root damaged asphalt and curbing, to sealcoating and striping, we transformed their parking lot into what you see today.
Global Commerce is a commercial office building in Weston, FL. Although weather came in to play on this project, the end product was impeccable. This project was a great example of how DMI will go to any length to ensure our customers are happy.
