DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contracted a year and a half ago to do over 2,000,000 SF of sealcoating and striping for Vesta/First Service. They were so happy with the work they contracted us to do three additional projects.
Kokomo Key is an upscale townhome community in Delray Beach along the intercostal waterway. Our company has been maintaining Kokomo Key for many years. They wanted us to do some minor repairs prior to sealing again. They wanted to have the best looking parking areas for their residents so they chose Polytar to reseal the community. They are once again thrilled with the crisp, clean look of the roads and parking areas.
A recently repaved community in Lake Worth contacted us to sealcoat the community and protect the new asphalt. The community decided to move forward using our premium sealer Poly-tar and it came out great and they have already provided us with a referral for another community in The Fountains.
